Programme for the week ending Sunday 25 November 2018

Dear members,

Please note Central Athletics will be hosting their SATIN to SEQUINS Fundraiser at the Baxter Theatre  on Friday 16 November 2018.

In order for this event to be successful we need  all our members to assist us to sell the 350 tickets allocated to us.

There are still a few tickets available that can be purchased before the show on the night.

However if you do not want to be disappointed, please make sure you secure your seat by contacting Nurjehan Perin on o823047764 or Reidwhan Ganief  on  0828287475.

Satin to Sequins

The Edgemead 10km  race will start and finish at the Edgemead High School on Saturday morning.

Mitchells Plain Titans  will be hosting a  21km and 10km  race next week. This is a league race. We would like all our members to support these events as much as possible.

Monday 12 November 2018 – Rest, Gym, Strength and Conditioning.

Tuesday 13 November 2018 –  Morning Session – 05:00 Rose Garden ( Hill Repeats) UCT Lower Campus. High Intensity Training (runners of all abilities catered for)

Evening Session 18:30 Newlands Cricket Stadium -Gate 23 –  8 km Easy

Wednesday 14 November 2018 – 90 min Easy (Optional)

Thursday 15 November 2018 – Morning Session – 05:0Rondebosch Common  –  High Intensity  Interval Training – Speed work (runners of all abilities catered for)

Evening Session – 18:30 Newlands Cricket Stadium -Gate 23 –  8 km Easy

Friday 16 November – gym, strength and conditioning.

Sunday 18 November – Club LSD from Muizenberg Surfers Corner Parking Area starting at 06:00. There will options  to do a 12km and 15km  on the same route over the Scenic Boyes Drive. Runners of all abilities will be catered for.
